Studio Wishful offers art prints made to order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.


Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email support@studiowishful.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Art prints that are correctly delivered and undamaged

  • Sale or clearance items


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
